II.1.4)		Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The objective is to establish a contract in accordance with the current legislation for the supply of electricity in the liberalised market and in accordance with the EEA's environmental targets. The share of electricity from renewable energy sources has to be at least 40 % of the EEA's total annual electricity consumption. The annual consumption of electricity is currently approximately 1 GWh.
