Road, excluding motorways, is based on AC-10 (excluding Czech Republic, Estonia and Turkey) and oil pipelines based on Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, Poland and Romania only (Cyprus, Estonia and Malta have no oil pipelines).
Mtoe means million tonnes of oil equivalent; TWh means Terrawatt hours.
