The EEA wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider for the development of a feasibility study for Land Information System. The service provider will be required to contribute to the development of a business case and implementation plan for the Land Information System (based on Copernicus land monitoring service portal) and organize the consultation of the proposed business case documents with stakeholders from European Commission and the Eionet.
