One of our core tasks is to inform Europeans about the state of Europe’s environment. Among others, our annual publication Signals highlights key environmental issues and tries to make environmental information as accessible as possible to non-experts. Although it is highly informative, it is written in a non-technical language in form of short thematic sections and interviews. It is available in 25 European languages.
In case you have read parts of Signals, we would be grateful if you could help us improve Signals by taking a short survey of 2 minutes.
This year’s edition focuses on air quality and air pollutants. Europe’s air quality has improved in recent decades but several pollutants continue to pose serious risks to our health and the environment. To find out more about air in Europe, read SIGNALS 2013 - Every breath we take.
