The map shows the multi-substance potentially affected fraction (msPAF) of aquatic species, which is used as a modelled proxy for pesticide pressure intensity. The msPAF relates to the peak pesticide concentrations in the water, reached 1% of the time within a year.
Area of agricultural land located in the potentially flood-prone areas was calculated as an average of the years 2011 to 2013.
