Central register of records of processing activities

The EEA has a legal obligation to keep the records of its processing activities in a central register which shall be publicly accessible (Article 31(5) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725).

The records contain general information on the processing operations such as the name of the controller, the purpose of the processing, the categories of data subjects whose data are processed and the type of data processed, and the recipients of the data
