Final energy consumption per sector in the EU-27, 2005-2023

This figure illustrates the evolution of final energy consumption in the EU-27 by end-sector. The ‘other’ category comprises commercial and public services, households, agriculture and forestry, fishing and other sectors. Data for 2005-2023 is obtained from Eurostat based on the definition laid out in Article 2 of the revised Energy Efficiency Directive.
