Comparisons should not be made across all objectives given the variation in how industry is classified across datasets. Emission shares (GHG, NO_X, SO_X, PM_2.5) exclude power-generating facilities. Water abstraction only includes manufacturing (NACE C) and mining (NACE B). Hazardous waste excludes waste- and wastewater treatment facilities.
