Coastal and inland bathing water quality in the EU between 2013 and 2019

There were 15 032 coastal and 6 949 inland bathing waters in the EU in the 2019 season. In the previous years, the share of coastal and inland bathing waters was similar to 2019: two thirds were coastal and one third were inland bathing waters.
