The last two colour categories indicate stations with concentrations above the 2030 PM₁₀ daily limit value.
Only stations with more than 75% of valid data, and more than 13% in the case of fixed random measurements, have been included.
Member States can discount the contribution of natural sources from their total concentrations for compliance assessments and also discount PM₁₀ due to winter sanding and salting. However, neither natural sources nor winter sanding and salting have been subtracted from the levels shown in this map.
