Total investments in and maintenance expenditure on transport infrastructure (AC-8) by mode, cumulative 1993-1995

Urban and suburban railways, metro and tramways, inland waterways, oil pipelines and airports are not included due to data limitations. Investments in these types of infrastructure are significant: in Hungary for example, these modes received 39 % in total of total gross investments and maintenance expenditure from 1993 to 1995.
