Forecast of global water demand

A report by the 2030 Water Resource Group estimates the global demand for water in 2030 and compare it with projections of increasing water supply and reducing demand.

3) Supply shown at 90 % reliability and includes infrastructure investments scheduled and funded through 2010. Current 90 % — reliable supply does not meet average demand.
