Final energy consumption by sector in the EU-25, 1990-2003

The Low-Carbon-Energy Pathway (LCEP) scenario assumes that ambitious future greenhouse gas emission reduction targets will be reached, with a CO2 permit price of EUR 30/t CO2 and EUR 65/t CO2 in 2020 and 2030, respectively. Historic energy data for services, agriculture and other sectors are aggregated to be consistent with the projections.
