LULUCF reported projections of net GHG emissions (+) and removals (-) for the EU-27(2022-2050)

(i) The aggregated GHG emissions projections are based on data submitted by Member States in 2023 and 2024 under Article 18 of the Governance Regulation, taking into account the planned scenario ‘with existing measures (‘WEM-scenario’) and the scenario ‘with additional measures’ (′WAM-scenario′) when available.

(ii) Since these projections predate Member States’ latest GHG inventory data, Figures 1 and 2 show a discrepancy for the years 2022 and 2023.
