Welcome to our toolkit space, where we will be sharing the latest information about our plans and tools to communicate our flagship report. This page is intended to facilitate coordinating with our outreach partners and will include under-embargo information.

The toolkit will include a range of communication products and planning tools, such as press release (25+ languages), infographics, videos, social media and event guides, photos, presentations, etc., mostly relevant to EEA/Eionet network members interested in organising events related to our flagship report. It helps us plan and support our outreach activities with our partners. Additional information on partnerships is available further below.

Please note that the draft watermark indicates that the contents are under embargo until 00.01 CEST (Copenhagen time) on 29 September 2025.

Publication date: 29 September 2025

We will publish our flagship report on Monday, 29 September 2025 at 00.01 CEST (one minute past midnight Copenhagen-Brussels time). The findings will be presented at a joint press conference with the European Commission. This will be followed by a series of other activities, including a high-level Danish EU presidency event on Tuesday, 30 September in Brussels. Additional information, including how to follow the events, will be shared here in due course.

Planning to organise an event?

One of the ways our outreach partners can bring the findings of the report are through events. You might be a contributor to our report, an active member of our network and want a specific event in your country just on our report. It might also be that you are organising a panel debate and you need someone to present the latest knowledge on the state of Europe's environment at a high-level conference. Or you are focusing on a specific topic like transport or protected areas at a conference and would like to bring in a European level assessment.

We would be happy to facilitate these knowledge requests for your events as much as possible. We would also help promote your publicly accessible events through our website. Take a look at the how-to guide for events before sharing your plans with us.

At the European Environment Agency, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please follow this link for further information on how your personal details are collected and further processed when submitting an event plan.
