The reference annual consumption of gas for households is 83.70 GJ. Industrial electricity users are defined as follows: annual consumption of 2 000 MWh, maximum demand of 500 kW and annual load of 4 000 hours. The reference annual electricity consumption for households is 3 500 kWh of which 1 300 are at night. Trends for households and industry are for the EU15, trends in transport fuel prices are for the EU25.
