Catalogue of Best Practices in Circular Economy

The Catalogue of Best Practices in Circular Economy (CBPCE) is an instrument that identifies examples of good practices carried out in Spain, which can be transferable and scalable to other agents.  

The purpose of the CBPCE is to serve as a vehicle for the dissemination of best practices in circular economy; facilitate collaboration between different agents in the value chain; to promote the adoption of best practices in circular economy by different agents; to illustrate Spain's progress in the transition to a circular economy; and to integrate global value chains and systems, favouring the search for commercial partners. 

For these reasons these catalogues have become very important when assessing the degree of implementation of the circular economy in Spain, as the number of best practices was included as an indicator in the I Circular Economy Action Plan and in the II CE Action Plan (still under development).
