National systems for policies and measures and greenhouse gas projections

National systems include all relevant institutional, legal and procedural arrangements established within a country for reporting on greenhouse gas emissions policies and measures, for evaluating policy, and for making projections of anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by sources and removals by sinks.
