HRL Imperviousness

The High Resolution Layer Imperviousness product maps the spatial distribution and dynamics of artificially sealed and built-up areas across Europe. It includes two main datasets: Imperviousness Density, which gives a percentage of sealed surfaces per pixel, and its binary sub-class Impervious Built-Up.
