The Adaptation White Paper – A Framework for Action
The European Commission has proposed a framework
within which the EU and its Member States can prepare
for the impacts of climate change. The European
Commission side event will present this Adaptation White
Paper, with a focus on building up Europe's resilience
to climate change.
