HiWATE is an FP6-funded project investigating the potential human health risks associated with long-term exposure to low levels of disinfectants and disinfectant by-products (DBPs) occurring in water for human consumption and use in the food industry. This Open Day will give an overview of the current state of DBP research and the main findings of the HiWATE project.
