Methodology

1. From the mass consumption, calc the volumetric consumption by fuel by country
   
2. Calculate the weighted average price for all countries:
    Multiply the price by the consumption
    Summate for all countries
    Divide total by the total consumption (where prices are non-zero)
   
3. For the real prices, divide each price by the appropriate HICP (2005 = 1) and repeat 2
   
4. 'Gasoline' equivalent price is obtained by:
    Multiply the fuel price by the consumption and divde by its energy relative to unleaded petrol
    Summate for the three fuels and divide by the total consumption
