EU-27 greenhouse gas emission trends and projections to 2020

The following Member States did not report 2015 or 2020 projections: Portugal, Luxembourg, Estonia and Malta. The greenhouse gas projections for the EU27 are calculated on the basis of projections reported by 23 Member States (´EU23´). The 2005 2002 percent variation of the EU23 was applied to Portugal, Luxembourg, Malta and Estonia to obtain an EU27 projection for 2020.
