These were therefore estimated by EEA. France, Luxembourg and Malta did not report sectoral projections under any scenario. For these countries, the total reported greenhouse gas projections (with existing measures and with additional measures) were multiplied by the emission share of the appropriate sector in 2006, as reported in the 2008 greenhouse gas inventory. No additional measures were reported for Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Slovenia. For these countries, the with existing measures projections were used for the calculation of the EU-15 and EU-27 additional measures projections.
