Gothenburg protocol targets are used for the non-EU countries without a NEC Directive target. Neither Iceland nor Turkey has signed the Gothenburg protocol. Lichtenstein has signed but not yet ratified the Gothenburg protocol. Emission data are not available for Liechtenstein.
