Data are for NMVOC emissions. Gothenburg protocol targets are shown for the non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland and Norway). Neither Iceland nor Turkey has signed the Gothenburg protocol. Liechtenstein has signed but not yet ratified the Gothenburg protocol.
