How are your personal data handled at the EEA?

HelpCenter FAQ

The EEA implements a data protection policy that outlines how the Agency handles personal data. It ensures that your personal data is handled in a transparent manner, in full compliance with the relevant legal framework regarding Data Protection in the EU Institutions and Bodies. Specific privacy statements have been drawn for each process and operation where personal data is collected, and these are closely monitored by the data controllers responsible for the relevant processing operation as well as by the Data Protection Office.

For further information on how your personal data is handled at the EEA and how you may exercise your rights, such as the right to be informed that your personal data is being processed, to have access to your own data and/or to rectify any wrong or incomplete data, please consult our data protection  webpage.
