Methodology
Historical data is provided by the European Commission and compiled through the EU Transfer Log (EUTL). Projections are submitted to the EEA by Member States and compiled by the ETC and the EEA.
Additional information
The projected emissions are under the WAM (with additional measures) scenario, and excludes Northern Ireland and Liechtenstein. For more information and detailed projections, please see the EEA's GHG Projections data viewer.
