Lot 1 - Address database and dissemination services

Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) databases and disseminating EEA’s print and electronic outputs in a systematic and timely way.

Lot 2 – Media monitoring services

The EEA intends to conclude a framework contract in order to be able to monitor its media and social media coverage on a daily basis and also to be able to periodically monitor and analyse its media and social media coverage after launches of major EEA reports.
