Methodology:

Substract the predicted values in the sheet named 'Tab.4' from the observed values of WUP in the sheet named 'Tab.1' for the countries (Annex 1 → A1.1 → Sheets 1,4) for the absolute values. For the percentages the differences need to be divided by the observed WUP values again and multiplied by 100.
