Ongoing negotiated procedures for low and middle value contracts

In the case of low and middle value contracts (EUR 15,000 - EUR 140,000) as defined in point 14 of Annex 1 to the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Environment Agency (EEA) has a right to award a contract through a negotiated procedure with consultation of at least three candidates for low value contracts between EUR 15,000 and EUR 60,000 and five candidates for middle value contracts between EUR 60,001 and EUR 140,000.
