Ongoing negotiated procedures for low and middle value contracts

In the case of low and middle value contracts (EUR 15,000 - EUR 139,000) as defined in point 14 of Annex 1 of the rules of application of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Environment Agency (EEA) has a right to award a contract through a negotiated procedure with consultation of at least three candidates for low value contracts between EUR 15 000 and EUR 60 000 and five candidates for middle value contracts between EUR 60 001 and EUR 139 000.

This page provides information on such negotiated procedure for low and middle value contracts currently planned by the EEA. The purpose of this pre-information notice is to support the EEA in the selection of the candidates to be invited to submit a tender. If you are interested in these contract opportunities, please register your interest by email to procurement@eea.europa.eu indicating the following information:

  • Name, address and contact details of your company/organisation
  • The business area you are involved with
  • The reference and subject of the tendering procedure you are interested in 

Please note that registration of your interest to participate in a negotiated procedure for low or middle value contracts entails no obligation on the part of the EEA to send an invitation to tenders to candidates or to award them a contract.
