The 7th edition of Voices from the Waters International Travelling Film Festival invites you to a Short Film Competition on WATER IN THE CITY. Since 2005 Bangalore is the only city in the world that hosts a film festival exclusively dedicated to water: “Voices from the Waters”. This is an open call worldwide for all those who would like to try their hands at making cinema on one of the most highly debated global issue – Water!
