Develop your skills and deepen your understanding of the facilitation process. The course looks at the type of the work that a facilitator may take on. This includes designing events, getting ‘buy-in’ from those attending, and ensuring inclusiveness, with a special focus on dealing with problems and conflicts. You will be encouraged to develop your own strengths and facilitation style.

If you half-bury the bottom logs in the soil, you will also encourage stag beetles as they are fond of rotten wood. A pile of stones will also provide shelter to a range of insects and spiders.
