Additional information

Production is defined as the actual production in the EU, for dispersive uses, excluding imports, production for use as an intermediate for chemical or plastic production, and used material recovered, recycled or reclaimed. Production is still allowed for the basic domestic needs of developing countries (see higher numbers after 1996).
