Additional information

  • The ratio of felling to increment is relatively stable at around 60 %, being higher than 80 % only in Albania, Belgium, Czech Republic and Sweden.
  • The utilisation rate varies considerebly between countries, byt remains generelly below the sustainable limit of 100 % (EEA, 2009).
