Additional information

All fuel used for energy consumption from Eurostat datasets is considered fuel for heating, excepting fuel for the energy sector (electricity, refining, mining) and for transport. Factors applied are 95% for all fuels except oil (80%) are used for heat. The assumed boiler efficiency is 85%.
