Note on temporal coverage: WCE car ownership in 2003 ranged from 252 (Slovakia) to 641 (Luxembourg). The number for Belarus is from 1998. Assuming continued growth since then would put the figure as high as for the Russian Federation. The number for Armenia is from 1997. The fleet size in that country was stable between 1993 and 1997.
