 The sectors are derived by aggregating the IPCC sectors in the following way: Energy: 1.A.1 (energy industries) and 1.B (fugitive emissions from fuels). Transport: 1.A.3 (transport) plus 1.D.1.a (international aviation) and 1.D.1.b (international navigation). Industry: 1.A.2 (manufacturing industries and construction) and 2 (industrial processes and product use). Households and services: 1.A.4. Waste: 6. Other: 1.A.5.
