Table contains most recent available information needed for the calculation of water abstraction, water use for hydropower and cooling water across Europe. The data come from various sources such as reports from member states through the WISE-SoE process between 2009 and 2011, the responses from the OECD/ESTAT Joint Questionnaire on Inland Waters from 2001 to 2009 and reports under the WFD for the years 2004 to 2008.
