Open negotiated procedures for low value contracts

In the case of low-value contracts (EUR 15,000 - EUR 60,000) as defined in Article 137 of the rules of application of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Environment Agency (EEA) has a right to award a contract through a negotiated procedure with consultation of at least three candidates.

This page provides information on such negotiated procedure for low-value contracts currently planned by the EEA. The purpose of this pre-information notice is to support the EEA in the selection of the candidates to be invited to submit a tender. If you are interested in these contract opportunities, please register your interest by email to procurement@eea.europa.eu indicating the following information:

  • Name, address and contact details of your company/organisation
  • The business area you are involved with
  • The reference and subject of the tendering procedure you are interested in

Please note that registration of your interest to participate in a negotiated procedure for low-value contracts entails no obligation on the part of the EEA to send an invitation to tenders to candidates or to award them a contract.

If there are no negotiated procedures displayed below there are no open procedures.
