II.3)		Short description of nature and quantity or value of supplies or services: The objective of this call for tenders will be to establish a contract in accordance with the current legislation for the supply of electricity in the liberalised market and in accordance with the European Environment Agency's environmental targets for its entire building stock. The annual consumption of electricity is currently approx. 800 000 kWh. Division into lots: no.
