- The opening of proposals will take place on 7 May 2013 at 10.00 at the EEA premises at Kongens Nytorv 6, 1050 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Representatives of applicants (one per applicant) are allowed to participate in the opening session at their own expenses. They are requested to inform EEA's procurement services in advance and at the latest by 3 May 2013 at 16.00 by email: procurement@eea.europa.eu or by fax +45 3336 7273.
